Goals

Inviting

• Our vision is to have 500 people attending worship in three years.
• We will continue to have outreach events like Family Fun Nights, Ladies Christmas Dinners and AWANA, to make NWBC a friendly place for families.

• Our vision is to have 100% of our people serving in at least one area.
• A service catalog is available, which lists the areas of service that are needed and ongoing.

Belonging

• Our vision is to welcome 200 new members join NWBC,
• To baptize 100 people,
• To have 70% participation in small groups and Bible studies,
• And to develop a step by step disciple making process over the next three years.

Giving

• Campaign #1 will purpose to raise from $400,000 - $600,000 over 3 years to purchase property for later development and to renovate our current facilities.
• We will tithe 10% to the CBC church planting movement.
• Campaign # 2 will seek to raise $500 - $750,000 for a general purpose building and other site improvements. Construction would be expected to begin in early 2011.
• Non-monetary gifts will be considered.
